Fantastic Onboarding Experience with Juan!

Juan Millan was our HubSpot onboarding specialist, and he made the entire process feel easy and incredibly productive. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently quick to respond to every question we threw his way. We threw a lot of complex scenarios his way, and he provided solutions or steps to complete them. Working with Juan was a great way to dive into HubSpot for the first time, and I left each session feeling confident, supported, and eager to continue customizing the system with him to help us!

Juan Millan was our representative for our sessions. He was very knowledgeable and had very quick responses to the questions we asked him. If we asked an overly complicated solution, he would email the solution or give guidance shortly after our call. We worked with Diego Aguiar for our HubSpot onboarding, and he was outstanding. If you have the option to select your representative, I highly recommend requesting him. Diego was incredibly reliable, he consistently set clear expectations and executed on every deliverable. Additionally, his English is perfect; communication was seamless, and he provided clear, actionable answers to all our questions in our Slack channel. Diego's had a complete understanding of our needs and a firm grasp of the HubSpot platform. We are off and running. You really can’t go wrong with Diego.

Eduardo is so helpful!

Eduardo is helping us build out our CRM and various systems within HubSpot. The processes that we have established together have saved us so much time and created an organized system that keeps everyone on the same page with less email back and forth. Eduardo is very clear in his communications and always makes sure he understands even the most complex business problems before moving on. He was able to understand our unique needs through listening and thoughtful questions. He is always prompt and makes scheduling future meetings a breeze. Our company does something very unique, and working with Sergio and his team has made our complicated processes a smooth transition! Since we are a bit out side of the box of why we needed HubSpot, and how we would use it, Sergio found incredible ways to make what we do work successfully in the way we needed to! He diligently did research to find the best solutions for what we needed, and really helped guide our team into understanding all the functionalities of HubSpot and how to best optimize our processes. It did not feel like a cookie cutter approach to onboarding, but very personalized. He understood what our organization did, and tailored the onboarding in a way that served us best!
