Eduardo, has been invaluable in leading us in the process of onboarding our sales team from Salesforce.com to HubSpot. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the solution and uses a proven template to facilitate and assign tasks from week to week and keep us on track and to know when we are falling behind. He is very strong at providing advise and best practices throughout the process as needed. Our team has very little practical experience with HubSpot and he keeping from being overwhelming to our team. I would highlyl recommend Cetrix and Eduardo to anyone needing CRM implementation services.
