Turning a Complex HubSpot Migration into a Win

For over a year our internal team was unsuccessful in migrating our legacy support and ticketing system to the HubSpot Service Desk. We were fortunate to be referred to International Data Science and Technology Services (IDSTS), and we are finally where we want to be! The IDSTS team has worked closely with us to cover all aspects of our implementation, not only for the Service Desk, but also the Marketing Hub, and SSO integration with our Azure tenant. We are now on to the next phase of our product rollout, and IDSTS will once again be a critical player with this stage and going forward.
