Team was available, responsive, and thorough as we onboarded our marketing team to HubSpot. I also sat in on several of the sales team onboarding meetings and they seemed to meet the needs and concerns of the team well. While there were moments where it felt odd to be using a third-party approach to onboarding, the team itself was strong and we got what we needed. Good experience!

Supportive onboarding

I run a small DEIB training business but we have grown a large client base over the last few years. It was time to transfer all of our data into a CRM so we chose HubSpot. Brilliant and customised to my Business

Insidea have spent the last 12 weeks customising my Hibspot CRM system and talking through ways to use, modify and change the platform (with tools already existing) to ensure I got exactly what I needed from the CRM tool. They have also training me on how to use it and better set up my reports so I can use it daily to get what I need as a business owner.
