Supportive onboarding

I run a small DEIB training business but we have grown a large client base over the last few years. It was time to transfer all of our data into a CRM so we chose HubSpot. We were then recommended some organisations who could support as in the onboarding and set up process. We chose Insidea as the team were friendly, responsive and supportive. Brilliant and customised to my Business

Insidea have spent the last 12 weeks customising my Hibspot CRM system and talking through ways to use, modify and change the platform (with tools already existing) to ensure I got exactly what I needed from the CRM tool. They have also training me on how to use it and better set up my reports so I can use it daily to get what I need as a business owner. They are patient and work through challenges and also my lack of knowledge and time to plan. Just a lovely and amazing team.
