Our first implementation did not go so well and luckily we found Kiwi who got us back on track. Not only did we need help implementing what we wanted, we also needed help w/ guidance on what to need and want in the first place. We are now self sufficient thanks to Kiwi. Entire team was great. Emma from Kiwi made our HubSpot onboarding genuinely fun, which is not something I expected to say about a software rollout. She was lively and full of energy in every session, but that never came at the expense of substance. Her meeting summaries were clear, well-organized, and easy to refer back to, which made it simple for our team to stay aligned between calls (we're still using them!). She was always prepared, always responsive, and jumped in to help the moment we needed her including when we ran into some tricky integration fun. Emma was incredibly resourceful in tracking down solutions and got us unblocked quickly. Most importantly, she kept us honest. She made sure we hit our graduation date and had everything in place to do it, without ever letting things slip. Honestly, the whole experience went so smoothly it almost felt too good to be true. We're going to miss working with her. If you get Emma as your onboarding specialist, consider yourself lucky and set up for pure success.
