Great experience- twice. Farid rocks!

Kiwi Creative assisted us with our HubSpot onboarding and it was a great experience. A little while down the road, we engaged again on a website refresh. Farid was our primary point of contact for the website project. Not only is Farid super smart, he's thoughtful and curious. I’ve worked with other sales and marketing consultants who couldn't get past generic messaging that didn’t match our brand or our services. Farid was different. He asked the great questions, listened carefully, and helped position us accurately and credibly. . He did an excellent job taking the time to truly understand our industry, our company, and our unique position in the market. I even genuinely appreciated the sales process. Jen was great about following up in a thoughtful, low-pressure way. With other web developers, we’d have what felt like a great discovery meeting and then I'd never receive a proposal. That happened more than once! Kiwi Creative was responsive, organized, and followed through with persistence and patience--even though I was slow to get started. And the results are already showing. Our website is performing better, we’re ranking higher for key terms, and we’re finally starting to appear in AI-driven search results.

These are typically the kinds of sessions I dread, but Emma completely changed that experience. Emma is amazing!

Being new to HubSpot, we were a little overwhelmed by all of the "things" that the software could do and I was already starting to get that analysis paralysis....until we met Emma. Emma helped guide us through our setup and workflows and did it in a knowledgeable and humorous way that made us look forward to our onboarding calls. I've worked with plenty of software platforms and I've been through numerous onboarding calls, and none of them were as engaging and informative as our meetings with Emma. Amazing Experience!

Loved all of the help we had from Emma Washington to get us onboarded with HubSpot! She has so much knowledge and always had such an amazing attitude coming in to every meeting, even when sick! I can't thank Emma enough for all of her help and now I can confidently say that we are so much more prepared for using HubSpot!

AMAZING HELP

We worked with Julie to help grow our use of HubSpot. Julie was amazing to work with - always answering questions, doing research for us, and providing resources outside of our meetings!
