Our company made the switch to HubSpot and I was brought on to oversee the implementation and buildout. We partnered with Kiwi to help with the onboarding and training. As a new employee not only learning the company but also building out a full CRM for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, I couldn't have done it without the assistance or Kiwi and Emma. You couldn't ask for better partners to work with. The training and knowledge provided was invaluable to our staff and myself. Emma was fast to respond to questions, flexible, and very considerate of our needs and schedules. I can't recommend Kiwi and Emma enough.

I worked with Mary and Emma on getting HubSpot set up for our Not-For-Profit organization. Not only did they teach the mechanics of how to use HubSpot and get it setup automatic workflows and emails, but they were also able to provide ideas and recommendation on specific things we should use it for, how to engage with our audience, and even showing examples from their other clients . It was well worth the cost for the onboarding and I would recommend it to anyone who is new to using HubSpot or a CRM in general.

We needed to stand up basic services as soon as possible. Emma worked with us to craft a highly accelerated step by step launch plan, and we had a working system - users, data, custom fields, integrations, and basic flow in a matter of days. Unorthodox, and there was still much to do in the buildout, but a great testament to their willingness and flexibility. Jen and Emma offered consistent communication, expertise, and sage advice throughout a pretty robust build including Leads, Deals, Help Desk, multiple custom objects, a slew of automations, and AirCall and Intercom integrations. Easy to recommend.

In my experience working with Kiwi Creative, they were incredibly responsive whenever we had a question, and very thorough in their answers, which was helpful. They also come up with creative, well-sourced ideas and are stellar at staying organized and keeping our team on track, too. Swift and Polished - Rebranding Our Marketing Materials

They updated our templates to reflect the new branding, so they look both professional and polished! Kiwi has been a game changer for us. They have simplified everything in HubSpot for us and we hired them on for Managed Services while our HubSpot manager was out.
