We brought in the ROC team (Lewis, Mark, Callan & Sarah) at Neptune Software to stabilise a HubSpot–Salesforce integration that had been set up poorly by a previous consultant. From day one, the difference was immediately apparent. The team quickly stabilised the integration from HubSpot to Salesforce, diagnosed field mapping issues, resolved a permissions issues and put many fires out quickly in order to help build a reliable lead flow into Salesforce. After getting the urgent pieces in place, we added in quick succession visibility into HubSpot from Salesforce using VisualForce pages and worked closely with the Marketing team on webform field mapping, segment building, lead scoring and exclusion list creation. We've worked with Callan and the RevOps team across two phases of our HubSpot build. We had HubSpot running but our sales pipeline wasn't fully operational — deals weren't being created automatically, stages weren't reflecting reality, and we had no reliable reporting to speak of.
