Smooth CRM Migration with Exceptional Support

We had a fantastic experience working with Trooinbound on our CRM migration and implementation. We had a significant amount of data to clean up, and the project involved a fairly complicated scenario that required a custom script. The Trooinbound team handled it incredibly well, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special shoutout to Dip, Aarushi, Mohil, and Savan for their hard work, responsiveness, and constant support. They responded quickly and even set up a dedicated Slack channel, which made communication seamless. Despite the time-zone differences, they were always willing to make themselves available during odd hours when needed. We especially appreciated their flexibility - they gave us multiple workflow options and different ways to implement what we wanted to achieve, helping us choose the approach that made the most sense for our business. Responsive, good value and rapid!

We had left some setuip for our business to the las minute, hoping to resolve internally. We are a small business, and as such not huge budgets. They understood this, turned this around, great comms (quick get together withj the team on Slack) sent them the files, and within half a day we were up and running. Slightly issues they helped with (and to stress these turned out to be HubSpot issues and our laptops not TrooInbounds) and happy to help. Would recommend and use again :-)
