Volledig gebroken installatieproces maakt dit onbruikbaar na een maand proberen
Na een maand kan ik JustCall nog steeds niet gebruiken.

Geweldige HubSpot integratie, maar slechte ondersteuning en verwarrende interface maken het moeilijk om aan te bevelen
Na een paar weken gebruik nog steeds geen sms kunnen testen. Geweldige integraties met HubSpot, maar niet erg intuïtieve UI en UX.
De integratie van contracten met HubSpot is naadloos. De sms-template ziet er geweldig uit (moet ik nog testen). De AI Agent reageert natuurlijk op de telefoon.
1) Ik kon geen goede hulp en ondersteuning krijgen van het Justcall team om 10DLC goedgekeurd te krijgen. 3 weken in het proces tot nu toe en nog steeds niet goedgekeurd. 2) De voicemail of voicecall transcripts zijn niet toegevoegd aan de tijdlijn van notities van Contactpersonen in HubSpot en je moet op links klikken en ze gaan zoeken - niet gemakkelijk te gebruiken. Helemaal niet intuïtief. 3) Gespreksnotities in Contactnotities in HubSpot is te veel informatie; moeilijk te lezen en niet gemakkelijk doorbladerbaar. 4) Tijdlijn met teksten en gesprekken voor één contract is niet gemakkelijk te volgen. Als ik naar mijn telefoonteksten kijk voor een contact, zie ik wat het gesprek was, heb ik een oproep gemist en details van voicemails die ik heb ontvangen. Ik had verwacht dat Justcall me een tijdlijn zou laten zien zoals ik die heb op mijn Android bel app op mijn telefoon. (Zie Google voice voor een goed voorbeeld). Over het algemeen is er veel integratie, maar de gebruikersinterface is niet intuïtief. Ik kijk nu naar andere bel-apps
