Made our process easy!

We are an SME who was looking to use HubSpot but were overwhelmed by its capacity and how we would use it to suit our needs. David and Erica at Openside Digital listened to our needs and set up HubSpot for us and made sure we were well versed in how to make it work for us. They have supported us since inception to make sure everything is going smoothly. I would highly recommend - we wouldn't have been able to do this ourselves.

Providing the support we needed

NZAEE is a small, not for profit organisation that connects and inspires environmental educators around New Zealand. As part of a previous website project, our mailing list had been migrated into HubSpot, but we knew that we weren't using it to its full potential. Gibson Sheat Lawyers approached Openside Digital to help us find new leads, drive more revenue from existing clients and automate our sales (solicitors) processes utilising HubSpot. Having invested significantly in HubSpot, it was important for us to choose the right partner - one which could become an integral part of our small marketing team. With their in-depth knowledge of HubSpot tools and obvious experience in the digital space, David and his team at Openside definitely delivered on that. We now have a fantastic, scalable system which will allow for continued lead generation and business growth. Openside are strategic thinkers and have the capability to back it up. I particularly recommend their services if you are looking for a CRM in the legal space. In saying that, I'm sure they would be great for any industry when considering HubSpot implementation and general digital/growth strategists.
