Advanced theme settings
You have complete control over your design with the advanced theme settings. Customize buttons, forms, menus, and typography directly within the theme settings. These global theme settings apply throughout the theme and to all of HubSpot's default modules.
Optimized for speed and security
The BASE theme does not include jQuery. All code is built specifically for HubSpot. This approach makes BASE theme optimized for speed and performance right from the start giving you a solid foundation to build on. The theme does not include any external assets allowing for strict domain security policies.

BASE is designed and developed with page speed, security and accessibility best practices to help support the creation of fast, secure and accessible websites.
100% drag and drop
The BASE theme is built entirely with HubSpot's drag and drop areas. The approach is to allow everything to be built with modules including the header and the footer. There is nothing within the BASE theme that cannot be customized or removed just by using the drag and drop editor interface.

Game-Changing Theme: Drag-and-Drop Simplicity Meets Scalability
I can’t overstate how much the BASE Theme by SmartAcre transformed our website project at Salamander. Incredibly easy. I am not a coder, so the drag & drop interface made it so easy. plus, i liked how we could add consistent modules for each page and have dynamic elements for others. Base by SmartAcre and HubSpot made it easy!
