journy.io empowers SaaS companies to turn customer behaviour on their platform and website into playbooks that drive customer acquisition, expansion and retention, at scale.

journy.io allows you to define product-qualified lead (PQL) signals with trigger playbook actions, such as pushing messages to Slack, sending notification emails, adding tags to ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp... and of course, automatically adding and removing PQLs to/from HubSpot lists, and adding engagement tasks for account executives.

All contact and company records in HubSpot can be enriched with actionable product-led growth (PLG) data, including lifecycle stages, health, feature adoption, customer fit, likelihood-to-buy or -churn, as well as custom-defined metrics.

Get Product Qualified Lead (PQL) signals and tasks

When SaaS signups and freemium users show potential to buy, journy.io automatically adds users and companies to HubSpot lists, and creates engagement tasks for account executives. These tasks contain all relevant and actionable SaaS metrics, including customer fit scores, onboarding scores, health, etc.

One-click 360 view of all your SaaS customers

Simply add journy.io reference links to user and company records in HubSpot, and allow select account executives to discover complete customer journeys, including full timeline and all possible SaaS metrics. And you can also choose to continuously sync these metrics to HubSpot, making them actionable for email and other workflows.

Send hyper-personal PLG onboarding and engagement emails

Let journy.io automatically add and remove users to/from HubSpot static lists, based on how they behave and progress on your SaaS platform. This could trigger personalised email workflows based on most important SaaS metrics, which are also available as actionable properties in HubSpot.

Enforce and optimise PLG Sales playbooks across your workforce

Let journy.io automatically create engagement tasks, on those users and accounts that have triggered certain PLG signals. You can set up various playbooks with different sets of tasks based on pretty much any criteria and data point.
