Hurtig opsætning, men begrænset sporing af aftaler - perfekt til kundekommunikation
Crisp er let at sætte op uden store tekniske anstrengelser, hvilket gør det ekstremt hurtigt at implementere. Kundekommunikationen flyder meget mere effektivt. Med AI-chatbotten kan den første kundekontakt omdirigeres med svar gennem vidensbasen. HubSpot-integrationen gør det muligt også at spore åbne samtaler i kontakterne, men desværre mangler sporingen i de tilknyttede aftaler. Crisp Support er super hjælpsomme og reaktive.

Can be integrated, but not fully functional
All the new contacts on Crisp get added to HubSpot, but not all contacts are desired, which takes out a lot of manual jobs to clean the data
crisp records can be integrated and easily found in HubSpot
even the non-desirable contacts get added to CRM, which makes it hard to clean the data and it eats up a lot of data and time
