Snelle installatie maar beperkte dealopvolging - geweldig voor communicatiestroom met klanten
Crisp is eenvoudig op te zetten zonder grote technische inspanningen, waardoor het zeer snel te implementeren is. Klantcommunicatie verloopt veel efficiënter. Met de AI-chatbot kan het eerste klantcontact met beantwoording worden doorverwezen via de kennisbank. HubSpot-integratie maakt het mogelijk om ook open conversaties binnen de contacten bij te houden, maar helaas ontbreekt het bijhouden in de bijbehorende deals. Crisp Support is super behulpzaam en reactief.
