UniTalk is the modern business communications platform. It provides its own services in the IP telephony. This is a flexible solution that can be implemented in small and large businesses.
Integration of HubSpot with UniTalk IP telephony can significantly increase the efficiency of any business, because HubSpot is able to bring customer service and SLAs to a new level, establish effective sales and actively develop. And UniTalk is able to establish and automate communication processes with customers and provide a high-quality level of customer service.
UniTalk created a special app for HubSpot to make HubSpot even more powerful.
Funktioner

Receiving a phone call from a new customer
After receiving a phone call, a deal, call with UTM tags, and a recording of the phone conversation are automatically created. The manager who answered the call is automatically assigned as responsible for the deal. In the “View all properties” menu, you can view more detailed information about the call received and UTM tags.

Receiving a call from an existing customer
The responsible manager receives the call, and the system adds an audio recording of the conversation to the call. If the call is received by a manager other than the responsible manager, the system records the data of the manager who received the call and adds an audio recording of the call.

If a manager misses a phone call from a new client
If a manager misses a phone call from a new client, the system records it, creates a contact and an agreement in HubSpot for a manager, who was assigned in UniTalk integration settings.

When making an outgoing call to an existing contact
When making an outgoing call to an existing contact, the system creates an audio recording of the conversation. If it's a new customer, the manager has to create an agreement with the new contact in HubSpot before making the call.

If the call was received or made by an unknown manager
If the call was received or made by an unknown manager, the system records it and assigns a manager to check the settings of UniTalk integration with HubSpot.

Ikke for os
Vi brugte Unitalk i en måned, men integrationen med HubSpot var problematisk, hvilket førte til betydelige forvekslinger med opkaldsnoter. Værktøjet mangler den fleksibilitet, vi har brug for, og mange trin i vores proces skulle udføres manuelt. På trods af flere møder med supportteamet, som fortjener ros for deres indsats, oplevede vi ingen forbedringer i vores workflow. Det levede desværre ikke op til vores forventninger.
