La pieza que faltaba en nuestro proceso de ventas
Este conector ha supuesto un cambio radical para nuestro equipo de ventas y otros procesos internos. Es increíble ver cómo se sincronizan los datos casi en tiempo real, y la posibilidad de enviar nuestro catálogo de productos de ConnectWise a HubSpot ha garantizado que todo nuestro equipo trabaje con la misma información. La posibilidad de iniciar sesión en la herramienta y configurar yo mismo la sincronización cuando añadimos o cambiamos propiedades también es increíble.
El servicio de atención al cliente ha sido fantástico. Desde las pruebas de integración hasta la resolución de problemas a medida que surgen, sólo hemos tenido buenas experiencias con su equipo. El acceso a los registros también ha cambiado las reglas del juego, ya que podemos ver cuándo y por qué un registro no se sincroniza como debería.
De momento, no hay grandes desventajas. Una cosa que me encantaría ver en futuras actualizaciones es la posibilidad de sincronizar archivos adjuntos entre plataformas y establecer automáticamente las tareas de correo electrónico y llamadas como cerradas cuando los compromisos pasan de HubSpot a ConnectWise. Pero esto es poco comparado con todos los aspectos positivos.
