Het ontbrekende stukje voor ons verkoopproces
Deze connector heeft ons verkoopteam en andere interne processen enorm geholpen. Het is verbazingwekkend om te zien hoe gegevens in bijna real-time worden gesynchroniseerd, en de mogelijkheid om onze productcatalogus van ConnectWise naar HubSpot te sturen heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ons team allemaal met dezelfde informatie werkt. De mogelijkheid om in te loggen in de tool en zelf de synchronisatie in te stellen wanneer we eigenschappen toevoegen of wijzigen is ook ongelooflijk.
De klantenservice is fantastisch. Van het testen van de integratie tot het oplossen van problemen die zich voordoen, we hebben niets dan goede ervaringen gehad met hun team. Toegang tot de logboeken is ook een grote verandering, zodat we kunnen zien wanneer en waarom een record niet synchroniseert zoals het zou moeten.
Op dit moment zijn er geen grote nadelen te melden. Eén ding dat ik graag zou zien in toekomstige updates is de mogelijkheid om bijlagen tussen platforms te synchroniseren en automatisch e-mail- en gesprekstaken op gesloten te zetten wanneer verbintenissen van HubSpot naar ConnectWise overgaan. Maar dit is minder belangrijk dan alle positieve punten.
