Den manglende brik i vores salgsproces
Denne connector har været en game changer for vores salgsteam og andre interne processer. Det er fantastisk at se data blive synkroniseret næsten i realtid, og muligheden for at sende vores produktkatalog fra ConnectWise til HubSpot har sikret, at vores team alle arbejder med de samme oplysninger. Muligheden for at logge ind på værktøjet og selv indstille synkroniseringen, når vi tilføjer eller ændrer egenskaber, er også fantastisk.
Kundeservicen har været fantastisk. Fra test af integrationen til løsning af problemer, når de opstår, har vi kun haft gode oplevelser med deres team. Adgang til logfilerne har også været en game changer, så vi kan se, hvornår og hvorfor en post ikke synkroniseres, som den skal.
Ingen større ulemper at rapportere på nuværende tidspunkt. En ting, jeg gerne ville se i fremtidige opdateringer, er muligheden for at synkronisere vedhæftede filer mellem platforme og automatisk indstille e-mail- og opkaldsopgaver til lukket, når engagementer går fra HubSpot til ConnectWise. Men det er små ting i forhold til alle de positive ting.
