영업 프로세스에서 놓치고 있는 부분
이 커넥터는 영업팀과 기타 내부 프로세스의 판도를 바꾸어 놓았습니다. 거의 실시간으로 데이터가 동기화되는 것은 놀랍고, ConnectWise에서 HubSpot으로 제품 카탈로그를 전송하는 기능 덕분에 모든 팀이 동일한 정보로 작업할 수 있게 되었습니다. 속성을 추가하거나 변경할 때 도구에 로그인하여 직접 동기화를 설정할 수 있는 기능도 놀랍습니다.
고객 서비스는 환상적이었습니다. 통합 테스트부터 문제 발생 시 해결까지, 저희는 이 팀과 좋은 경험만 했습니다. 로그에 대한 액세스 권한도 획기적이었기 때문에 언제, 왜 기록이 제대로 동기화되지 않는지 확인할 수 있습니다.
현재로서는 큰 단점은 없습니다. 향후 업데이트에서 플랫폼 간에 첨부파일을 동기화하고 약정이 HubSpot에서 ConnectWise로 넘어갈 때 이메일 및 통화 작업을 자동으로 종료로 설정하는 기능이 추가되었으면 좋겠습니다. 하지만 다른 장점에 비하면 사소한 기능입니다.
