営業プロセスに欠けているもの
このコネクターは、営業チームやその他の社内プロセスを大きく変えました。データがほぼリアルタイムで同期されるのは素晴らしいことで、製品カタログをConnectWiseからHubSpotに送信できるため、チーム全員が同じ情報を使って作業できるようになりました。また、プロパティの追加や変更時に、私がツールにログインして自分で同期を設定できる機能も素晴らしいです。
カスタマーサービスは素晴らしいです。統合のテストから問題が発生したときの解決まで、彼らのチームには素晴らしい経験しかありません。また、ログにアクセスすることで、いつ、なぜレコードが同期されないのかを確認することができます。
今のところ、大きな欠点はありません。今後のアップデートに期待したいのは、プラットフォーム間で添付ファイルを同期する機能と、HubSpotからConnectWiseにエンゲージメントが移行した際に、メールや通話のタスクを自動的にクローズに設定する機能です。しかし、これらはすべての長所に比べれば些細なことです。
