Il pezzo mancante del nostro processo di vendita
Questo connettore ha cambiato le carte in tavola per il nostro team di vendita e per altri processi interni. È incredibile vedere la sincronizzazione dei dati quasi in tempo reale e la possibilità di inviare il nostro catalogo prodotti da ConnectWise a HubSpot ha garantito che il nostro team lavori con le stesse informazioni. Anche la possibilità di accedere allo strumento e impostare personalmente la sincronizzazione quando aggiungiamo o modifichiamo le proprietà è incredibile.
Il servizio clienti è stato fantastico. Dal collaudo dell'integrazione alla risoluzione dei problemi che si presentano, abbiamo avuto solo esperienze positive con il loro team. Anche l'accesso ai registri ha cambiato le carte in tavola, consentendoci di capire quando e perché un record non viene sincronizzato come dovrebbe.
Al momento non ci sono grossi svantaggi da segnalare. Una cosa che mi piacerebbe vedere nei prossimi aggiornamenti è la possibilità di sincronizzare gli allegati tra le piattaforme e di impostare automaticamente le attività di e-mail e chiamate come chiuse quando gli impegni passano da HubSpot a ConnectWise. Ma si tratta di aspetti secondari rispetto a tutti gli aspetti positivi.
