After speaking with several of Bridgerev's clients prior to engagement, we began our relationship with them focused on CRM migration from RENXT to HubSpot (a daunting task as we were only one person deep on our side). Over time that working relationship moved from migration to onboarding, to staff training to custom development. Nearly a year in and still counting, we have zero regrets. Sure there were bumps along the way, but the team at Bridgerev consistently delivered, continues to do so today, and I have zero doubt they will do the same into the future. We came to BridgeRev with a unique process that we needed to migrate from SalesForce to HubSpot. HubSpot is still fairly new regarding custom objects but BridgeRev was able to take the product and work around the kinks to provide a seamless solution for our entire business. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

Chris Grimmett was an amazing person to work with. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Chris was accommodating where possible and was quick to get back to you. I didn't realize the steep learning curve to understand and navigate through HubSpot. Many menu/navigation items and configurations were not intuitive, even with the guided tours. I was thankful to have Chris help explain and teach me, week to week. But for a first-time learner, 1 hour a week of interaction was not enough (even for 3 months). I was unfortunately a one-person army to implement the new CRM and I was hoping for dedicated sessions (several hours a week) to complete and configure some of the tools and workflows together. But it was more of a, let me show you the concept and you can try to rinse and repeat. And due to so many limitations discovered in the process, it got a bit frustrating. If it really wasn't for Chris and his calming composure, it would have been really worse for me. But in the end, he helped connect me with my CSM to get assistance with the limitations for the rest of the way. But I wish I could say I was 100% confident HubSpot was the right choice.
