De samenwerking met Clevyr voor onze HubSpot-implementatie was beter dan verwacht, het was georganiseerd, communicatief en echt een samenwerking vanaf het begin tot de lancering. Ze hebben onze processen in kaart gebracht, gegevens voor ons opgeschoond en gemigreerd, objecten, pijplijnen en automatiseringen opgezet, onze tools geïntegreerd en alles gedocumenteerd. De dashboards die ze hebben gebouwd geven ons real-time inzicht en hun training heeft geholpen bij de acceptatie door het hele bedrijf. We hebben nu een oplossing die handmatig werk vermindert en de transparantie verbetert... Ik kan Clevyr ten zeerste aanbevelen om HubSpot in één keer goed te krijgen!

Slecht projectmanagement en gebrek aan opvolging

We namen BridgeRev in de arm op aanbeveling van HubSpot en verwachtten een hoog niveau van strategische begeleiding, projectuitvoering en technische ondersteuning voor een grootschalige CRM-implementatie en -migratie. In plaats daarvan kregen we een zeer onsamenhangende ervaring, gekenmerkt door gemiste deadlines, gebrek aan leiderschap, slechte interne communicatie en uiteindelijk complete radiostilte. Belangrijke deliverables zoals pipeline setup, e-mail en automatisering builds, datamigratie en API integraties werden volledig overgelaten aan ons interne team, ondanks dat ze duidelijk waren omschreven in de ondertekende scope of work. Zelfs na meerdere gesprekken om de verwachtingen bij te stellen en de prioriteiten opnieuw te bekijken, was er geen echte vooruitgang. Toen we uiteindelijk probeerden om de overeenkomst te beëindigen na maanden van onproductief werk en minimale gelogde uren, stopte het team helemaal met reageren. We moesten nu de hele implementatie zelf op ons nemen - een uitputtende en frustrerende uitkomst, vooral na een niet geringe investering in deze opdracht. Als u op zoek bent naar een partner die echt projectleiderschap biedt en klantenservice hoog in het vaandel heeft staan, raad ik u ten zeerste aan om elders te zoeken.

Elite of the Elite

After speaking with several of Bridgerev's clients prior to engagement, we began our relationship with them focused on CRM migration from RENXT to HubSpot (a daunting task as we were only one person deep on our side). Over time that working relationship moved from migration to onboarding, to staff training to custom development. Nearly a year in and still counting, we have zero regrets. Sure there were bumps along the way, but the team at Bridgerev consistently delivered, continues to do so today, and I have zero doubt they will do the same into the future. If you need an Elite HubSpot partner, especially if you're an NGO, look no further.

New Website for our Nonprofit

BridgeRev built a new website for our non profit and helped us with HubSpot's multilingual setup so we could set up pages in both Spanish and English. We were also able to view our website analytics by language. Our new site looks great! Thank you!

Successful move from Wordpress

BridgeRev helped us move our website from Wordpress to HubSpot and kept our SEO efforts in tact in the process. We were concerned about downtime and losing our traffic, but the team was able to preserve it, and even increase our traffic.

Detail Oriented Group with Thorough Execution

We came to BridgeRev with a unique process that we needed to migrate from SalesForce to HubSpot. HubSpot is still fairly new regarding custom objects but BridgeRev was able to take the product and work around the kinks to provide a seamless solution for our entire business. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

BridgeRev is awesome to work with

Chris Grimmett was an amazing person to work with. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Chris was accommodating where possible and was quick to get back to you. I didn't realize the steep learning curve to understand and navigate through HubSpot. Many menu/navigation items and configurations were not intuitive, even with the guided tours. I was thankful to have Chris help explain and teach me, week to week. But for a first-time learner, 1 hour a week of interaction was not enough (even for 3 months). I was unfortunately a one-person army to implement the new CRM and I was hoping for dedicated sessions (several hours a week) to complete and configure some of the tools and workflows together. But it was more of a, let me show you the concept and you can try to rinse and repeat. And due to so many limitations discovered in the process, it got a bit frustrating. If it really wasn't for Chris and his calming composure, it would have been really worse for me. But in the end, he helped connect me with my CSM to get assistance with the limitations for the rest of the way. But I wish I could say I was 100% confident HubSpot was the right choice.

Couldn't Have Gone Better!!

I have to absolutely sing the praises of BridgeRev and the assistance they provided us with setting up a new HubSpot CRM system from the ground up. Justin Acklin was our account manager and guided us from start to finish through the entire project. By the end of our agreed setup period, I felt super confident in the system and what we had created. Not only did we have the CRM customized to meet very specific business needs, but also the reporting, marketing, dashboards, workflows, and more too. Justin was especially great hearing out my ideas, and objectively thinking on how to create a solution for them within the capabilities of the system. Super knowledgeable team, great follow-up... all the things you want when you spend the extra dollars on a service like this to help get you going. We absolutely achieved our objective in the time designated to the project and are so appreciative of the help from the BridgeRev team!
