Att arbeta med Clevyr på vår HubSpot-implementering var bättre än förväntat, det har varit organiserat, kommunikativt och verkligen samarbetat från kickoff till lansering. De kartlade våra processer, rensade och migrerade data FÖR OSS, satte upp objekt/pipelines/automatiseringar, integrerade våra verktyg och dokumenterade allt. De instrumentpaneler som de byggde ger oss insyn i realtid, och deras utbildning har hjälpt till med införandet i hela företaget. Vi har nu en lösning som minskar det manuella arbetet och förbättrar transparensen ... Jag rekommenderar starkt Clevyr för att få HubSpot rätt första gången!

Dålig projektledning och brist på uppföljning

Vi anlitade BridgeRev baserat på HubSpots rekommendation och förväntade oss en hög nivå av strategisk vägledning, projektgenomförande och teknisk support för en storskalig CRM-implementering och migrering. Vad vi fick istället var en extremt osammanhängande upplevelse, präglad av missade deadlines, brist på ledarskap, dålig intern kommunikation och i slutändan fullständig radiotystnad. Viktiga leveranser som pipelineinstallation, e-post- och automatiseringsbyggnader, datamigrering och API-integrationer lämnades helt till vårt interna team - trots att de tydligt beskrivs i det undertecknade arbetsomfånget. Även efter flera samtal för att återställa förväntningarna och se över prioriteringarna skedde inga verkliga framsteg. När vi slutligen försökte säga upp avtalet efter månader av improduktivt arbete och minimalt antal loggade timmar slutade teamet att svara helt och hållet. Vi har nu varit tvungna att ta på oss hela implementeringen själva - ett utmattande och frustrerande resultat, särskilt efter att ha investerat en stor summa i detta uppdrag. Om du söker en partner som tillhandahåller verkligt projektledarskap och värdesätter kundservice, skulle jag starkt rekommendera att du letar någon annanstans.

After speaking with several of Bridgerev's clients prior to engagement, we began our relationship with them focused on CRM migration from RENXT to HubSpot (a daunting task as we were only one person deep on our side). Over time that working relationship moved from migration to onboarding, to staff training to custom development. Nearly a year in and still counting, we have zero regrets. Sure there were bumps along the way, but the team at Bridgerev consistently delivered, continues to do so today, and I have zero doubt they will do the same into the future. If you need an Elite HubSpot partner, especially if you're an NGO, look no further.

New Website for our Nonprofit

BridgeRev built a new website for our non profit and helped us with HubSpot's multilingual setup so we could set up pages in both Spanish and English. We were also able to view our website analytics by language. Our new site looks great! Thank you!

Successful move from Wordpress

BridgeRev helped us move our website from Wordpress to HubSpot and kept our SEO efforts in tact in the process. We were concerned about downtime and losing our traffic, but the team was able to preserve it, and even increase our traffic.

Detail Oriented Group with Thorough Execution

We came to BridgeRev with a unique process that we needed to migrate from SalesForce to HubSpot. HubSpot is still fairly new regarding custom objects but BridgeRev was able to take the product and work around the kinks to provide a seamless solution for our entire business. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

BridgeRev is awesome to work with

Chris Grimmett was an amazing person to work with. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Chris was accommodating where possible and was quick to get back to you. I didn't realize the steep learning curve to understand and navigate through HubSpot. Many menu/navigation items and configurations were not intuitive, even with the guided tours. I was thankful to have Chris help explain and teach me, week to week. But for a first-time learner, 1 hour a week of interaction was not enough (even for 3 months). I was unfortunately a one-person army to implement the new CRM and I was hoping for dedicated sessions (several hours a week) to complete and configure some of the tools and workflows together. But it was more of a, let me show you the concept and you can try to rinse and repeat. And due to so many limitations discovered in the process, it got a bit frustrating. If it really wasn't for Chris and his calming composure, it would have been really worse for me. But in the end, he helped connect me with my CSM to get assistance with the limitations for the rest of the way. But I wish I could say I was 100% confident HubSpot was the right choice.

Couldn't Have Gone Better!!

I have to absolutely sing the praises of BridgeRev and the assistance they provided us with setting up a new HubSpot CRM system from the ground up. Justin Acklin was our account manager and guided us from start to finish through the entire project. By the end of our agreed setup period, I felt super confident in the system and what we had created. Not only did we have the CRM customized to meet very specific business needs, but also the reporting, marketing, dashboards, workflows, and more too. Justin was especially great hearing out my ideas, and objectively thinking on how to create a solution for them within the capabilities of the system. Super knowledgeable team, great follow-up... all the things you want when you spend the extra dollars on a service like this to help get you going. We absolutely achieved our objective in the time designated to the project and are so appreciative of the help from the BridgeRev team!
