HubSpot è la soluzione e Clevyr è il team

La collaborazione con Clevyr per la nostra implementazione di HubSpot è stata migliore di quanto ci si aspettasse, è stata organizzata, comunicativa e veramente collaborativa dal calcio d'inizio al lancio. Hanno mappato i nostri processi, pulito e migrato i dati PER NOI, impostato oggetti/pipeline/automazioni, integrato i nostri strumenti e documentato tutto. I cruscotti che hanno costruito ci danno visibilità in tempo reale e la loro formazione ha contribuito all'adozione in tutta l'azienda. Ora abbiamo una soluzione che riduce il lavoro manuale e migliora la trasparenza... Raccomando vivamente Clevyr per ottenere HubSpot al primo colpo!

Scarsa gestione del progetto e mancanza di follow-up

Abbiamo ingaggiato BridgeRev sulla base di una raccomandazione di HubSpot, aspettandoci un alto livello di guida strategica, esecuzione del progetto e supporto tecnico per un'implementazione e una migrazione CRM su larga scala. Abbiamo invece ricevuto un'esperienza estremamente disarticolata, caratterizzata da scadenze non rispettate, mancanza di leadership, scarsa comunicazione interna e, in ultima analisi, un completo silenzio radio. Le consegne fondamentali, come l'impostazione delle pipeline, la creazione di email e automazioni, la migrazione dei dati e le integrazioni API, sono state lasciate interamente al nostro team interno, nonostante fossero chiaramente delineate nell'ambito di lavoro firmato. Anche dopo diverse telefonate per reimpostare le aspettative e rivedere le priorità, non c'è stato alcun progresso reale. Quando infine abbiamo tentato di rescindere il contratto dopo mesi di lavoro improduttivo e di ore di lavoro registrate al minimo, il team ha smesso di rispondere del tutto. Ora abbiamo dovuto occuparci dell'intera implementazione da soli: un risultato estenuante e frustrante, soprattutto dopo aver investito non poco in questo impegno. Se siete alla ricerca di un partner che fornisca una vera leadership di progetto e valorizzi il servizio al cliente, vi consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi altrove.

Elite of the Elite

After speaking with several of Bridgerev's clients prior to engagement, we began our relationship with them focused on CRM migration from RENXT to HubSpot (a daunting task as we were only one person deep on our side). Over time that working relationship moved from migration to onboarding, to staff training to custom development. Nearly a year in and still counting, we have zero regrets. Sure there were bumps along the way, but the team at Bridgerev consistently delivered, continues to do so today, and I have zero doubt they will do the same into the future. If you need an Elite HubSpot partner, especially if you're an NGO, look no further.

New Website for our Nonprofit

Successful move from Wordpress

BridgeRev helped us move our website from Wordpress to HubSpot and kept our SEO efforts in tact in the process. We were concerned about downtime and losing our traffic, but the team was able to preserve it, and even increase our traffic.

We came to BridgeRev with a unique process that we needed to migrate from SalesForce to HubSpot. HubSpot is still fairly new regarding custom objects but BridgeRev was able to take the product and work around the kinks to provide a seamless solution for our entire business. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

BridgeRev is awesome to work with

Chris Grimmett was an amazing person to work with. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Chris was accommodating where possible and was quick to get back to you. I didn't realize the steep learning curve to understand and navigate through HubSpot. Many menu/navigation items and configurations were not intuitive, even with the guided tours. I was thankful to have Chris help explain and teach me, week to week. But for a first-time learner, 1 hour a week of interaction was not enough (even for 3 months). I was unfortunately a one-person army to implement the new CRM and I was hoping for dedicated sessions (several hours a week) to complete and configure some of the tools and workflows together. But it was more of a, let me show you the concept and you can try to rinse and repeat. And due to so many limitations discovered in the process, it got a bit frustrating. If it really wasn't for Chris and his calming composure, it would have been really worse for me. But in the end, he helped connect me with my CSM to get assistance with the limitations for the rest of the way. But I wish I could say I was 100% confident HubSpot was the right choice.

I have to absolutely sing the praises of BridgeRev and the assistance they provided us with setting up a new HubSpot CRM system from the ground up. Justin Acklin was our account manager and guided us from start to finish through the entire project. By the end of our agreed setup period, I felt super confident in the system and what we had created. Not only did we have the CRM customized to meet very specific business needs, but also the reporting, marketing, dashboards, workflows, and more too. Justin was especially great hearing out my ideas, and objectively thinking on how to create a solution for them within the capabilities of the system. Super knowledgeable team, great follow-up... all the things you want when you spend the extra dollars on a service like this to help get you going. We absolutely achieved our objective in the time designated to the project and are so appreciative of the help from the BridgeRev team!
