Clevyr stepped into a challenging situation and turned it around in a way that truly exceeded expectations. OLD REVIEW: We engaged BridgeRev based on HubSpot’s recommendation, expecting a high level of strategic guidance, project execution, and technical support for a large-scale CRM implementation and migration. What we received instead was an extremely disjointed experience, marked by missed deadlines, lack of leadership, poor internal communication, and ultimately, complete radio silence. Key deliverables like pipeline setup, email and automation builds, data migration, and API integrations were left entirely to our internal team—despite being clearly outlined in the signed scope of work. Even after multiple calls to reset expectations and revisit priorities, there was no real progress. When we finally attempted to terminate the agreement after months of unproductive work and minimal hours logged, the team stopped responding altogether. We’ve now had to take on the entire implementation ourselves—an exhausting and frustrating outcome, especially after investing no small sum in this engagement. If you're seeking a partner who provides real project leadership and values client service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

After speaking with several of Bridgerev's clients prior to engagement, we began our relationship with them focused on CRM migration from RENXT to HubSpot (a daunting task as we were only one person deep on our side). Over time that working relationship moved from migration to onboarding, to staff training to custom development. Nearly a year in and still counting, we have zero regrets. Sure there were bumps along the way, but the team at Bridgerev consistently delivered, continues to do so today, and I have zero doubt they will do the same into the future.
