J'ai travaillé avec Maddie O'Brien pour créer une campagne d'emailing pour mon entreprise. Nous avons importé des contacts, conçu l'email et l'avons envoyé à mes principaux clients. Maddie a été très utile et claire dans ses instructions, ses recommandations et ses réponses. C'était très agréable de travailler avec elle et je la recommande vivement, ainsi qu'Elcap.

Customer Portal - integrated with HubSpot - Self-Service Tickets

Super fast, and friendly service. The El Cap team obviously have lots of experience and were able to provide constructive advice to turn our brief into something which customers would engage with and find valuable. This was a breath of fresh air, as it fealt like proper consultancy, where I business processes were understood and the new portal tool transformed the sales and support process rather than adding more complexity or un-needed work. Would definitely recommend El Cap.
