E-mail-kampagne

Jeg arbejdede sammen med Maddie O'Brien om at skabe en e-mailkampagne til min virksomhed. Vi importerede kontakter, designede e-mailen og sendte den ud til mine vigtigste kunder. Maddie var meget hjælpsom og klar med sine instruktioner, anbefalinger og svar. Hun var meget rar at arbejde sammen med, og jeg vil varmt anbefale hende og Elcap.

Customer Portal - integrated with HubSpot - Self-Service Tickets

Super fast, and friendly service. The El Cap team obviously have lots of experience and were able to provide constructive advice to turn our brief into something which customers would engage with and find valuable. This was a breath of fresh air, as it fealt like proper consultancy, where I business processes were understood and the new portal tool transformed the sales and support process rather than adding more complexity or un-needed work. Would definitely recommend El Cap.

As a SaaS company providing tools which completely transform an organisation's processes, procedures and culture, our sales journey is often long and requires buy in from lots of stakeholders. Our inbound marketing was generating a huge pipeline but prospective new business opportunities were loosing momentum after the initial demonstration once a larger group of people were involved in the decision making process. We needed a tool which would make it easier for customers to buy from us. We briefed Elcap to build us a HubSpot-integrated sales enablement tool. Elcap was a natural choice as we had worked with them on lots of other HubSpot projects and they had always delivered. The portal delivered was outstanding. It delighted our new business customers (so the sales team loved it too) and it had a tangible impact on our bottom line. The interactive pricing calculator makes it easy to upsell services, the document area makes it easy for the marketing team to run account based campaigns, and the HubSpot integration is completely seamless so we can see all the analytics. I found the best thing about Elcap is that they work in partnership with you.
