E-postkampanj

Jag arbetade med Maddie O'Brien för att skapa en e-postkampanj för mitt företag. Vi importerade kontakter, designade e-postmeddelandet och skickade ut till mina nyckelkunder. Maddie var mycket hjälpsam och tydlig med sina instruktioner, rekommendationer och svar. Hon var väldigt trevlig att arbeta med och jag rekommenderar henne och Elcap varmt.

Customer Portal - integrated with HubSpot - Self-Service Tickets

Super fast, and friendly service. The El Cap team obviously have lots of experience and were able to provide constructive advice to turn our brief into something which customers would engage with and find valuable. This was a breath of fresh air, as it fealt like proper consultancy, where I business processes were understood and the new portal tool transformed the sales and support process rather than adding more complexity or un-needed work. Would definitely recommend El Cap.
