Email campaign

I worked with Maddie O'Brien in creating an email campaign for my business. We imported contacts, designed the email and sent out to my key clients. Maddie was very helpful and clear with her instructions, recommendations and responses. She was very nice to work with and I would highly recommend her and Elcap.

Customer Portal - integrated with HubSpot - Self-Service Tickets

Super fast, and friendly service. The El Cap team obviously have lots of experience and were able to provide constructive advice to turn our brief into something which customers would engage with and find valuable. This was a breath of fresh air, as it fealt like proper consultancy, where I business processes were understood and the new portal tool transformed the sales and support process rather than adding more complexity or un-needed work. Would definitely recommend El Cap.

As a SaaS company providing tools which completely transform an organisation's processes, procedures and culture, our sales journey is often long and requires buy in from lots of stakeholders.
