Współpracowałem z Maddie O'Brien przy tworzeniu kampanii e-mailowej dla mojej firmy. Zaimportowaliśmy kontakty, zaprojektowaliśmy e-mail i wysłaliśmy go do moich kluczowych klientów. Maddie była bardzo pomocna i jasna w swoich instrukcjach, zaleceniach i odpowiedziach. Bardzo miło się z nią pracowało i gorąco polecam ją i Elcap.

Customer Portal - integrated with HubSpot - Self-Service Tickets

Super fast, and friendly service. The El Cap team obviously have lots of experience and were able to provide constructive advice to turn our brief into something which customers would engage with and find valuable. This was a breath of fresh air, as it fealt like proper consultancy, where I business processes were understood and the new portal tool transformed the sales and support process rather than adding more complexity or un-needed work. Would definitely recommend El Cap.
