Proactive and business-oriented partner to work with

Columbia Road has helped us set up the HubSpot Marketing platform. The implementation process included email templates, GDPR settings, integrations between marketing automation and other tools, as well as defining concrete customer care models. The "Roadies" have wide knowledge of digital marketing with a problem-solving attitude, and not only do they actively assist us tech-wise, they also provide valuable business insight. The team's proactive way of working has exceeded my expectations. Whatever the task, they always go above and beyond, proving themselves to be a true extension of our marketing team. Not only highly professional but also super nice people!

We've worked together with Columbia Road with HubSpot related issues for couple of years and we're very pleased with the collaboration with them. They've helped us building custom integration between our own CRM and HubSpot so they are really good at tech issues. But their expertise doesn't limit to tech - the main focus has been in solving our business challenges by utilizing HubSpot. Outstanding knowledge with a friendly attitude and our business needs in mind at all times.

Columbia Road was initially tasked with helping us to achieve a more managed sales process. Throughout the project, Columbia Road outlined the advantages HubSpot has over competitive offerings, always with our growth and surrounding processes in mind. In the end, we chose to migrate our existing data into HubSpot and develop a sales process from scratch together with Columbia Road, with automation and scalability in mind. Columbia Road managed all aspects of this process in an always friendly and most importantly professional and timely manner. Today, HubSpot is a central part of our core business, managing not only client information, but web content and campaigns as well as newsletters. Columbia Road continues to be at hand whenever any help is needed, and we could not be more pleased with the result they have helped us achieve.
