Receive your Twilio SMS messages, and reply back to those Twilio conversations with text, media, and more - all from your HubSpot Inbox.
Automatic Contact Matching & Creation
Our integration automatically assigns incoming Twilio messages to existing contacts in your HubSpot inbox, or creates new ones if they don’t already exist, based on the incoming phone number.
No Sign In Required
Just as you install the integration into your HubSpot, Octopods will create an account for you with the same email you're signed in with HubSpot.

サポートのために使い始めたのですが、自動化が本当の勝利でした。TwilioのSMSを送信するためのHubSpotワークフローの設定はとても簡単で、完璧に機能します。営業チームも、HubSpotを離れることなく、コンタクトレコードからすぐにテキストを送信できる点が気に入っています。
サイドバーから超簡単にSMS送信。確実に動作します。Twilio料金の上乗せなし。
バッチ送信用のAPIが公開されればいいのだが、大したことではない。

期待通りのスムーズなSMS設定
米国ではSMSの量が多いので、TwilioのテキストがHubSpotの受信トレイに直接表示されるのは非常に助かりました。時間を節約でき、サードパーティのツールではなく、ビルトインの機能のように感じられます。
コンタクトマッチングは即座に機能し、セットアップも非常に迅速でした。すべてがいつものHubSpotのワークフローにスムーズにフィットし、サポートも迅速でした。
最初は有料かどうかわからなかったが、無料トライアルがあり、いつでもキャンセルできることがわかった。
