Perfekt til automatisering og udgående salg
Vi begyndte at bruge det til support, men automatiseringen har været den helt store gevinst. Det var supernemt at sætte HubSpot-workflows op til at sende Twilio SMS, og det fungerer perfekt. Vores salgsteam elsker også, at de kan sende hurtige sms'er direkte fra kontaktoplysningerne uden at forlade HubSpot.
Super nemt at sende SMS'er fra sidepanelet. Fungerer pålideligt. Ingen ekstra tillæg på Twilio-gebyrer.
Det ville være rart, hvis de åbnede API'en for batchafsendelse, men det gør ikke så meget.

Problemfri SMS-opsætning, der fungerer præcis, som du forventer
Vi har en stor SMS-volumen i USA, så det var en stor hjælp, at Twilio-tekster dukkede op direkte i HubSpot-indbakken. Det sparede os tid og føles som en indbygget funktion, ikke som et tredjepartsværktøj.
Kontaktmatchning fungerer med det samme, og opsætningen var superhurtig. Alt passer fint ind i vores sædvanlige HubSpot-arbejdsgange, og supporten har været hurtig.
Betalingsmuren var ikke tydelig i starten, men vi fandt ud af, at der er en gratis prøveperiode, og at man kan afbestille den når som helst.
