Geweldig voor automatisering en uitgaande verkoop
We begonnen dit te gebruiken voor ondersteuning, maar de automatisering was de echte winst. Het instellen van HubSpot workflows om Twilio SMS te versturen was super eenvoudig en werkt perfect. Ons verkoopteam vindt het ook geweldig dat ze snelle sms'jes kunnen sturen vanuit het contactrecord zonder HubSpot te verlaten.
Supergemakkelijk om sms'jes te versturen vanuit de zijbalk. Werkt betrouwbaar. Geen extra kosten voor Twilio.
Het zou leuk zijn als ze de API openstelden voor het verzenden van batches, maar dat is niet erg.

Vlotte SMS setup die precies werkt zoals je verwacht
We hebben een groot SMS-volume in de VS, dus dat Twilio-teksten direct in de HubSpot Inbox verschijnen was een enorme hulp. Het bespaarde ons tijd en voelt als een ingebouwde functie, niet als een tool van derden.
Het matchen van contacten werkt direct en de installatie was supersnel. Alles past naadloos in onze gebruikelijke HubSpot workflows en de ondersteuning was snel.
De paywall was eerst niet duidelijk, maar we ontdekten dat er een gratis proefversie is en dat je op elk moment kunt opzeggen.
