Great for automation and outbound sales
We started using this for support, but the automation has been the real win. Setting up HubSpot workflows to send Twilio SMS was super easy and works perfectly. Our sales team also loves how they can send quick texts right from the contact record without leaving HubSpot.
Super easy to send SMS from the sidebar. Works reliably. No extra markup on Twilio fees.
Would be nice if they opened the API for batch sending, but not a big deal.

Smooth SMS setup that works exactly how you expect
We have a big SMS volume in the US, so having Twilio texts show up directly inside the HubSpot Inbox was a huge help. It saved us time and feels like a built-in feature, not a third party tool.
Contact matching works instantly and the setup was super fast. Everything fits smoothly into our usual HubSpot workflows, and support has been quick.
The paywall wasn't clear at first, but we found out there's a free trial and you can cancel anytime.
