HubSpot 통합 기능은 훌륭하지만 지원이 부족하고 인터페이스가 혼란스러워 추천하기 어렵습니다.
몇 주 사용 후에도 여전히 SMS를 테스트할 수 없었습니다. HubSpot과의 통합은 훌륭하지만 UI 및 UX가 직관적이지 않습니다.
HubSpot과 계약의 통합은 원활합니다. SMS 템플릿이 멋져 보입니다(아직 테스트가 필요함). AI 상담원의 전화 응답이 자연스럽습니다.
1) 10DLC 승인을 받기 위해 저스트콜 팀으로부터 확실한 도움과 지원을 받을 수 없었습니다. 지금까지 3주가 지났지만 아직 승인되지 않았습니다. 2) 음성 메일 또는 음성 통화 기록이 HubSpot의 연락처 메모 타임라인에 추가되지 않아 링크를 클릭하여 찾아야 하므로 사용하기가 쉽지 않습니다. 전혀 직관적이지 않습니다. 3) HubSpot의 연락처 메모에 있는 통화 메모는 정보가 너무 많아 읽기 어렵고 쉽게 찾아볼 수 없습니다. 4) 단일 계약에 대한 문자 및 통화 타임라인이 따라가기 쉽지 않습니다. 연락처의 휴대폰 문자를 보면 대화 내용이 무엇인지, 전화를 놓쳤는지, 받은 음성 메일의 세부 정보가 표시됩니다. 저는 저스트콜이 제 휴대폰의 안드로이드 통화 앱에서와 같은 타임라인을 보여줄 것으로 기대했습니다. (좋은 예는 Google 보이스를 참조하세요). 일반적으로 통합 기능은 많지만 UI가 직관적이지 않습니다. 현재 다른 통화 앱을 살펴보니
