Onboard enables companies to organize, automate and streamline customer onboarding and implementation.
With Onboard's HubSpot integration, you'll auto-magically create customized launch plans for each customer based on their specific requirements. These attributes and requirements learned from your sales team during the sales process (industry, plan, add-ons, integrations, etc..) are sent to Onboard to create a completely custom plan specifically for that client -- in seconds.
In addition, Onboard will enable your team to efficiently scale the onboarding & implementation process:
- Organize all tasks (both internally & externally) necessary for the efficient onboarding for each any customer
- Automate custom launch plans, custom email reminders, notifications and other workflows to save time
- Collaborate via threaded conversations, which can be managed directly from your slack channel
- Manage your clients and your team efficiently. You'll have full visibility to see where everyone is in the process
- Integrate with all of your favorite apps

Automatically create custom onboarding & implementation plans using customer data in HubSpot. Once a deal is moved to *Closed Won* the data will pass to Onboard to ensure only the appropriate tasks are used for your client onboarding plan.

View a complete onboarding summary within the HubSpot deal. Easily view: - Status - Progress - Project manager - Upcoming tasks All of this is automatically sync'd to and from the Onboard.io app

View the upcoming tasks, assignments and due dates from HubSpot. Everything syncs bi-directionally so you'll have a complete picture from the HubSpot record.
