Quick Setup But Limited Deal Tracking - Great for Customer Communication Flow
Crisp is easy to set up with no big engineering efforts involved, which makes it extremely quick to implement. Customer communication flows much more efficiently. With the AI chatbot first customer contact can be redirected with answering through the knowledge-base. HubSpot Integration makes it possible to also track open conversations within the contacts, but unfortunately the tracking in the associated deals is missing. Crisp Support is super helpful and reactive.

Can be integrated, but not fully functional
All the new contacts on Crisp get added to HubSpot, but not all contacts are desired, which takes out a lot of manual jobs to clean the data
crisp records can be integrated and easily found in HubSpot
even the non-desirable contacts get added to CRM, which makes it hard to clean the data and it eats up a lot of data and time
