Make a Call Directly from HubSpot
KrispCall's embedded calling feature enables you to make and receive calls directly within HubSpot, without any need to switch between apps. This means you can manage customer interactions smoothly without leaving HubSpot, while the notes, tags, and call details sync back to provide context.
Send and Receive Text Messages
Effortlessly send and receive SMS messages within HubSpot using KrispCall. Log SMS conversations, view message history on contact timelines, and stay connected with leads and customers—all from one place. Simplify your workflows and keep every interaction organized without switching platforms.
Automatically Log Interaction History
All incoming and outgoing calls handled on KrispCall, including full recordings and voicemails, get automatically logged in the timeline of the relevant HubSpot contact. Seamless Contact Data Sync

Significantly improved connect rates and CRM tracking with excellent local presence calling, though number availability could be better in some regions
Our outbound connect rates were low and the CRM data on attempted outreach was inconsistent. KrispCall improved both simultaneously. Local presence calling increased the percentage of calls that actually get answered and automatic HubSpot logging means every attempt is captured regardless of outcome. We have more conversations happening and a complete record of all outreach activity in the CRM.
The local presence calling combined with automatic HubSpot logging has been a particularly effective combination for our outbound team. Calls made from local area code numbers have noticeably better connect rates and every one of those calls still logs perfectly to the right HubSpot contact regardless of which local number was used.
Local presence number availability in some less common area codes could be broader. For our main markets the coverage is excellent but for a few specific regions the number options were more limited than ideal.

Integration Is Solid, Company Keeps Getting Better
