Need Integration to Flow from Pendo to HubSpot

The analytics inside of Pendo are powerful and the ability to create guides is good. HubSpot integration is fine for seeing who are clients are inside Pendo but it lacks in that the data doesn't flow into HubSpot - it's not bi-directional as the Pendo Salesforce integration is. Our tech support, client relations managers, and sales reps would benefit from seeing client usage data inside the contact or company records as well as NPS scores from the Pendo surveys; in HubSpot, I'd like to be able to run usage reports from the Pendo data (how the client uses our software) and post them on our HubSpot dashboards. Lastly, we use HubSpot Service Hub to support our customers and would like to see HubSpot Help Desk and Knowledge Base integrated as well. Hopefully, Pendo will update the integration soon by adding bi-directional syncing and the HubSpot knowledge base & help desk.

What problem are you trying to solve?

We're using Pendo to better understand how our clients use our applications and to create walkthrough, tooltips, and other guides to help them use the applications.

What do you like?

- Ability to create guides and tooltips helping clients use our software - Ability to see how clients are using our software

What do you dislike?

- Does not sync bi-directionally - No connection to HubSpot Service Hub (Help Desk and Knowledge Base)
