Excellent integration makes sending templates a breeze, but limited pre-filling options and poor data sync back to HubSpot hold it back
Good.
Excellent integration (up to only a few clicks needed for a team member to send a pre-set template)
in the current version, (i) only a few fields available for pre-filling based on the HubSpot contact card (e.g. name, company name, etc.), and (ii) impossible to get back info from the contract directly in HubSpot easily (e.g. fields filled in by the signer) without using external tools

Useful tool, but integration with HubSpot very poor: lack of automation and approval flow
The tool is useful, but the integration with HubSpot is very poor.

It cannot populate documents with HubSpot data automatically, it cannot integrate with business developments according to their stage, it does not provide a document review and approval flow, among other things.
