With Docusign, users can easily integrate document creation, sending and tracking right from HubSpot, creating a more complete and streamlined document flow. Users can create brand new Docusign envelopes or use their favorite templates, with custom field mapping to make the two platforms work seamlessly. Embedded recipient tracking provides full visibility into your customer's journey, and workflows support means sales processes can work more efficiently at scale.
With this integration, users can:
Assign custom mappings between HubSpot and Docusign fields.
Review and manage the status of your Docusign envelopes directly from the contact, companies or deal record screen.
Manage associations, attach or create new Docusign envelopes.
View envelope history and detail, like recipient status, senders and dates.
Attach new Docusign envelopes from templates and launch the envelope editor screen.

Total frustration with terrible support and poor integration with HubSpot - better to look for alternatives
Very difficult and confusing to support and use
Good standalone system but not for HubSpot

Frustrated with poor integration - too much downloading and can't get it working despite following instructions
I like Docusign but not how it integrates with HubSpot.
I would love to be able to tell you the Pros but I can't get it to work despite following the instructions.
I can't figure out how to integrate into forms, there is way too much downloading that has to happen in each app.
