1) Guest User Syncing Addon:


Whenever a guest visits a website and makes some purchases, their data is automatically synced with the HubSpot once the checkout process is completed. In this process, the extension exports products, contacts/ customers, deals/orders, line items, etc. Additionally, we also export abandoned cart details depending upon user selection during the export process.

Recovery of abandoned cart & Transparency of the automatic process

Cart abandonment happens when your customer browses and adds products to the cart but does not purchase it. That will sync to your HubSpot. It will help you send follow-ups for lead recovery and data sync from the Magento store to the HubSpot account; we use crons. In the Magento panel, you can see crons status to examine the syncing process.

Really helpful and awesome service!

The Magento connector works pretty well. With a few customization we were able to align our business needs through the connector.

What problem are you trying to solve?

We are using HubSpot to manage our marketing activities and customer care needs

What do you like?

There are features that are not given when using HubSpot in Magento. The connector enables features that are necessary to do an ecommerce business operations as needed.

What do you dislike?

With Magento things can get complicated and a bit of planning and customizations are required, but definitely worth the effort for smooth operation.

Function and support

Easily connect contacts and products as well as order amounts. So that we don't have to work at two places.
