With Lumin, users can create, send, and track Lumin contracts directly within HubSpot - right from any Contact, Company, or Deal record. No more switching between apps to manage your agreements.
Key capabilities:
Generate agreements from Lumin templates using HubSpot record data (contact names, company details, deal values are auto-populated)
Generate agreements and send for signature from file upload or HubSpot Files.
Send documents for e-signature to contacts and associated parties, with configurable signing order, due dates, and viewers.
Track contract status with a real-time activity timeline showing who viewed, signed, or declined.
Download and attach signed PDFs back to the HubSpot record automatically
Lumin integrates natively with HubSpot's CRM record pages, appearing as cards on Contact, Company, and Deal records so your team never has to leave HubSpot.

Monitor every signature request in real time from the HubSpot record page. See who has viewed, signed, or declined, review the full audit trail, and take action - update due dates, cancel requests, or download signed PDFs and attach them to the record.

Lumin syncs Signature Request data to HubSpot:
Agreements sent for signature can be created from PDF upload, HubSpot Files or Lumin templates (with HubSpot record properties value prefilled).
Signature Request status updates (sent, viewed, signed, declined, cancelled) are tracked and displayed on the HubSpot Lumin app card. Signed documents and Certificates of Completion are downloadable and attachable to HubSpot records.
Data flows primarily from Lumin to HubSpot. HubSpot record properties are read (not written) to pre-fill templates.
