Solid platform we actually enjoy using, but had to make tough budget choices for other business priorities
We are moving away from Slack and moving to teams. We like slack but we’re trying to streamline cost so that we could buy a bigger instance of HubSpot and centralized a lot of our operations.

Great integration with easy setup but limited note placement options
Great and simple intergaration
Easy to install and quick short cuts
Adds notes directly to activities and no options to change were the notes go to this could be easier to have the option to have all notes on message or notes on the front screen making it easier to see all notes
