Our app securely integrates with HubSpot via OAuth to enrich your CRM records with meeting-related content. After connecting your HubSpot account, we access basic contact, deal, and company data to associate transcripts and summaries with the correct records. We do not modify deal or company data.
Meeting transcripts and AI-generated summaries are written back to HubSpot as notes or engagements on contact, deal, or company timelines. You can also choose to upload transcript files (PDF or text) to HubSpot’s CMS Files and associate them with relevant records.
All data access is read-only unless specifically required to write meeting notes. No data is shared with third parties. You remain in full control — you can revoke access at any time via your HubSpot account settings.
