Phenomenal Work!

After months of solution design and testing, we are officially live with HubSpot. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without our incredible partnership with Aptitude 8's Janet Araque. Janet is an outstanding consultant and trusted advisor. Her attention to detail and understanding of our business played a huge role in our success. Positive Results Driven by Strong Technical Expertise

We had an overall positive experience working with A8, particularly with Josh and Suzanne. They were especially helpful in tackling some of the more complex challenges in our system and played a key role in cleaning up areas that had become messy due to our initial rapid implementation. Their technical capabilities and willingness to dig into difficult issues made a noticeable difference. That said, there were a few instances where it felt like our specific use case wasn’t fully understood, even after we had walked through it together. This occasionally led to some back-and-forth that could have been avoided with deeper alignment upfront. Overall, Josh and Suzanne delivered solid results and added real value, particularly on the technical side. With a bit more focus on fully grasping client context and requirements early on, the experience could be even stronger.

Highly Recommended

Working with the Aptitude 8 team was a phenomenal experience. They spearheaded a complete overhaul of our lead workflows and scoring system, while working with us to build out a more comprehensive integration between HubSpot and Salesforce. Exactly what we needed to fix our HubSpot foundation!

We came into this with a pretty messy HubSpot setup…lots of custom properties, outdated workflows, inconsistent data, and honestly just a system that had gotten away from us over time. Aptitude 8 has been incredible in helping us untangle all of it and actually rebuild a foundation that makes sense. KK, Danae, and Sarah have been awesome to work with. They don’t just tell you what’s wrong, they roll up their sleeves and fix it with you. They’ve helped us rethink everything from our lead model to enrichment, lifecycle stages, and overall data structure, while also keeping us grounded in what’s actually scalable long term. They’re also just a great team…super responsive, collaborative, and fun to work with, which matters a lot when you’re deep in a project like this.

SF to HubSpot Transition

A8 worked with us on discovery, strategy, execution, and implementation for a full migration from Salesforce to HubSpot. Their team helped get our arms around a full transition from a complex and outdated CRM system with a full revamp on project management processes within the HubSpot ecosystem. They worked with multiple internal teams and external partners that were added to the tech stack. They have the team and resources to offload the high-friction execution deliverables and stay on track towards the end goals. Hard to find an agency that has expertise in multiple different platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Monday like A8 can offer. We would not have been able to make this significant of a transition without their help.

Strategic, Steady Partners on a High-Stakes Systems Transformation

The Aptitude 8 team (Jen, Tom, and Matt) led a seven-month implementation for us involving a custom integration between HubSpot CRM and Bullhorn ATS. The project required reconfiguring and upgrading a legacy HubSpot marketing instance into a full CRM while managing complex data mapping and workflow integrations with Bullhorn. It was not simple — and they handled it exceptionally well. Their communication was clear and consistent. They were flexible as our requirements evolved, transparent in their approach, and extremely strong with technical documentation. When we were deep in data mapping and workflow details, they reminded us to always keep our eye on the prize. Our end results have been fantastic! This was my second time working with Aptitude 8.
